Moves and Changes – your choice

We know that the installation of a phone system is not the end of the relationship between supplier and user.
In real life, you will need to be able to make changes to your system to accommodate desk and office moves, and staff changes.

Revolution Phones can offer you two ways:

Managed MACs – pay as you go
contact us by phone, fax, email, post, or however to let us know what changes you need to make.
We will then reprogram your system from our central facility and leave you to do no more than move the phones from desk to desk.
This includes ordering new phones for new starters – we can courier new phones to you, fully configured – all you have to do is plug them in.
We charge for this service on a per-request basis

Self Service MACs
Larger organisations often find that Moves and Changes can be a near-continuous process, which can be better carried out by in-house staff.
We can provide the facility for you to do this.
The whole of a Revolution Phones installation can be managed via a secure web-based portal. All the changes can be made through the portal and activated just by plugging in the phones.
